Karen Baker, a graduate of New Zealand Institute’s Proofreading & Editing course, shares her experience:
This has been an amazing and really enjoyable course. I am into my retirement years but still working full time, although in a much less stressful job these last 12 months since I moved back to New Zealand after nine years in Australia working in the mining industry.
My aim is to set up my own proofreading business in the not too distant future and this course has given me a fantastic insight into what will be involved and how to feel confident about doing this, as well as an enormous amount of information to help me get started.
